Why Must the Good Die Young? : The Downstage Drag Show

What was sure to be a promising night of camp, genderbending/swapping, and overall merriment, was cut short by a sound outage in the Downstage theater. The Drag-Show-that-almost-was, is a sure foreshadowing of wild events to come. While it didn’t last very long, what we saw of the regular SLC drag cast was stage-ready and spirited. If the idea was to “leave ’em wanting more” the queens and kings did their job. Check out the gallery below for our shots of the action, and get excited for round two, whenever that may be.

Here’s our thanks to Busty Bruschetta, Valentina Totino, Decaf Divine, and the rest of the star-studded crew. We’re dying for you to grace our presence again soon, even if just for a hotsy-totsy minute.
